Investment Objective
Our investment goal is to maximize returns through intelligent stock picking and analysis. The main approach is to invest in a mix of securities comprising of front line stocks, mid cap stocks and identified growth stocks. A combination of Fundamental Analysis for identifying prospective scrips and Technical Analysis to time the investments is used to attain good results.

Minimum Portfolio Amount
Minimum amount required for starting PMS is Rs.25 lakhs, as per SEBI regulations. You can also give your existing shares as capital and the same will be valued at market rate.




Choice of investment Schemes
1. Discretionary Scheme
Investment decisions are taken by the Capstocks Portfolio Managers for the clients.

2. Non Discretionary Scheme
Investment decisions on the portfolio are made in consultation with the client.The portfolio is jointly managed by Capstocks and the client.

Taxation
Short term capital gain(shares held for less than 1 year)- 15% 
Long term capital gain – Nil
Company doesnot deduct tax at source.
Annual Audited Report will be provided for Tax purposes.

Management Fee 

Option I
3% flat fee on average Net Asset value(NAV)
Option  II
Fee of 1% on NAV + a share of 20% on profits above 10%

1% fee is debited on average daily NAV. Additionally 20 % of profit is taken as fees on profits above 10%. This charge on profit is calculated after deducting 1% annual fees payable to CAPSTOCKS.

The fees will be charged at the end of the financial year or termination of the PMS agreement whichever is earlier.
